I decided to share my recipes on this blog to show that it is possible to have some delicious meals and treats on a restrictive diet. I'm also a firm believer that we need to enjoy our food in order to be healthy. I'm with you though when you say that you often feel like your food life is all about restrictions. I've been there at the beginning but I decided that these food restrictions wouldn't prevent me from enjoying my food and I kept experimenting over and over again. And now it doesn't feel like I'm missing out anymore. So keep at it!
