Nursing faculty, Do you want to learn how to better incorporate APA in your rubrics in a fair and standardized way? Do you need an APA refresher? Do you notice lack of enforcement of APA from course to course? Do you need a thorough guide to provide to students? The book can be overwhelming and APA websites are not always accurate. Do you want more information on all the dynamics of APA, which is an entire style of writing, not limited to citations and references? Are you planning to do research or write a manuscript for publication?Join me on Zoom, on Thursday, June 1, 2023 from 6:00-7:20PM (Central Time). The workshop will run for one hour with 20 minutes after for open discussion and questions. The workshop is only 30 dollars. Please private message me on LinkedIn, or email me at ginalee.panozzo@yahoo.com and I will walk you through the quick registration process. Many departments reimburse faculty to take my workshops, so feel free to ask your chair for funds. Invite your peers. I look forward to seeing you at the workshop. In a nutshell, one should monitor adherence to oral care protocols because...(i) Many consider it an unpleasant task(ii) There is often a shortage of appropriate supplies(iii) Nurses often lack adequate training(iv) Nurses may fail to translate theoretical knowledge into practical skills(v) Several oral care aspects still lack an evidence base, hence the value of monitoring and further study.https://lnkd.in/eZiVvWsu
