Ingredients You’ll Need For Our Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza Rolls Recipe:

  • Dry ranch dressing mix
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Refrigerated pizza dough
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cooked bacon crumbled
  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • Butter
  • Mayonnaise
  • Milk

How To Make Our Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza Rolls Recipe:

Begin by measuring out 1 teaspoon of the ranch dressing mix and combine it with the parmesan cheese and set it aside.

When you are done with that, preheat the oven to what the pizza dough packaging suggest, but it will generally be around 400-425 degrees.

Now, roll out your pizza dough on a lightly flour surface. Try to do your best to make it into a rectangle that is about 12×8 inches.

Then use a pizza cutter to slice the dough into 24 squares. 3 lines lengthwise and 8 lines form top to bottom (the shorter length).

Next in each of the squares you are going to place some cheese, bacon crumbles, and a small amount of the shredded chicken.

After the squares have been filled, bring the corners up together and pinch them to seal it together. Also make sure to pinch along the sides as it gathers up. This will help keep the filling in.

When you are done sealing the pizza rolls, place each one seam side down on a lightly greased 9×13 baking dish.

Then place the baking dish in the oven and bake it for about 15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.

Make sure to check them after 10 minutes as doughs can cook quicker than others.

While the rolls are cooking, combine the remaining ranch mix, milk, and mayonnaise in a small bowl.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce dry ranch dressing mix 1 packet, divided
  • 2 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 13.8 ounces refrigerated pizza dough 1 package
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese cut into cubes
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese cut into cubes
  • 10 strips of bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • 2 Tablespoons butter melted
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup milk

Instructions

  • Measure out 1 teaspoon of ranch dressing mix and combine it with the Parmesan cheese. Set aside.

  • Preheat oven to heat specified on pizza dough package (usually it's around 400-425 degrees).

  • Unroll your pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface. Pat or roll the dough so it's about 12 x 8 inches. Use a pizza cutter to slice the dough into 24 squares.

  • Place cheese, bacon crumbles, and a small amount of shredded chicken on each square.

  • When all of your dough squares have cheese and toppings on them, carefully bring the four corners of the dough together and pinch closed, also pinch the seams closed.

  • Place each roll seam side down in a lightly sprayed 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

  • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with the Parmesan-ranch mixture.

  • Place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden. Check often because some brands of dough cook quicker. Take them out when they're lightly golden on top.

  • While the pizza rolls are cooking, combine the remaining ranch mix with mayonnaise and milk. Place in the fridge to chill.

  • Serve pizza rolls warm with the freshly made ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

  • Cheese sticks work great for the cheese cubes in this recipe. Buy 4 cheese sticks of each kind of cheese and cut each stick into 6 pieces.

    This sounds really good.

  2. Chasetity says:

sounds yummy I think they would be good dipped in alfredo sauce.

  3. The Pink Elephant says:

So, do you put any of the ranch inside the pizza rolls, or just use as a dip?

  4. Audrey Mickey says:

Made this for dinner tonight, except I substituted mini pepperoni, chopped olives, and sliced mushrooms for the chicken and bacon. I also cut the pizza dough into 12 squares instead of 24. This was delicious! A good change-up for dinner. :) Next time, might bypass the ranch and use marinara for dip.

  5. Lorraine P. says:

This sounds so good! Definitely will have to make these :)

  6. Jill says:

These look and sound really good!

  7. Camille says:

You could do both! I just used it for dipping, but it would be yummy on the inside too!

  8. Shiloh Barkley says:

This recipe sucked the life out of me tonight. The amount of work better be proportional to the taste or I'm never making this again.

  9. Katie says:

How much cheddar and mozzarella cheese do you use?

  10. Six Sisters says:

An 8 ounce block of each kind of cheese, cut into small cubes.

  11. Brittney Dargusch says:

could I use large biscuits instead of pizza crust

  12. Six Sisters says:

We haven't tried biscuit dough, but we don't see why it wouldn't work. It has a different taste than pizza dough. Let us know how it all works out! -The Six Sisters

  14. Lynn says:

Did I miss something here? Do you mix the chicken and cheese with the mayo mixture and bacon? You say add desired toppings so does that mean you don't have to use everything listed in your recipe?

  15. Cyd says:

Your bacon and chicken are part of the desired toppings. The ranch dressing and parmesan cheese in the very first line in the directions is to sprinkle on top of the rolls. The milk, ranch dressing mix and mayo mixture are for dipping the rolls in after they have cooked. You can pick and choose what you would like for your desired toppings. We love the chicken and bacon and cheese in ours. I hope this helps you.

  16. Kym says:

What did I miss? Why is my mayo/milk/mix SOUP? That can't be right. Does it thicken up? Am I supposed to mix everything together and then put on the squares. These are totally NOT what I thought. I was thinking when you get a chicken bacon ranch pizza from the pizza shop and these were those but as rolls. Won't make again.

  17. Michelle says:

I make a similar recipe using biscuit dough, filling with pepperoni and mozzarella, then dipping in marinara sauce. My brother loves them. This is an awesome variation that I'm excited to try with the biscuit dough!! I love your site by the way - specifically, the simple but yummy recipes :)

    Love it..sounds yummy!
